What this does for you
Your farm page is your CSA's front door on the web. It's where people see your shares, pick a pickup spot, join, and sign in, all without calling or texting you.
- Always up to date. It shows your shares, prices and pickup times straight from your Portal. Change them there and the page changes too.
- Works on any phone. Most people will open it from a text, an email or a QR code.
- Sign-ups come to you. New members land in your Portal, ready for boxes.
There's nothing to design or build. TallyTill makes the page for you.
Step 1: Find your farm page's address
- Click CSA, then Shares & sites.
- Find the Your member page box.
- Click Copy (1) to copy the address, or Open (2) to see the page as your members do.
Paste the address anywhere your members will see it:
- your newsletter or welcome email
- your website and social media
- a QR code on a sign at the stand
💡 Pro Tip: Send the whole link exactly as copied. It's ready to paste into an email.
Step 2: Pick a good address (optional)
The end of the address is your farm's name, like /csa/riverbend-farm. To change it:
- Click Change this address (3 above).
- Type the new ending and click Change the address. Or click Never mind to leave it alone.
⚠️ Watch Out! Changing the address breaks every link you've already given out, including QR codes on boxes you've packed. Pick a good one at the start of the season and keep it.
Step 3: Check what visitors see
Click Open to see your page. From top to bottom:
- Shares this season: every share that's open to new members, with its price.
- Where to collect: each pickup site, its time and address, and how many spots are left.
- Not a member yet? Join this farm: the sign-up button.
- Already a member?: where members ask for a sign-in link.
Something missing or wrong? Each part comes from one place in your Portal:

Step 4: How people join
A new person clicks Join this farm and fills in:
- Your name and Email address.
- The Share they want, and Where you'll collect.
- Then they click Join this farm. Nothing is charged here.
They get an email with a sign-in link. Opening it confirms their address, and they're in.
💡 Pro Tip: Until someone opens that first link, they show on your CSA Overview under Needs attention. They don't hold a pickup spot or get boxes until then.
Step 5: Open or close sign-ups
Season full? Stop taking new members without touching anyone who's already signed up.
- On the CSA Overview, click the gear to open Settings.
- Turn Taking New Members off, then click Save.
To change the wording on your join page, like the message people see while sign-ups are closed, use the Join Page settings on the same screen.
💡 Pro Tip: Leave any message blank to use TallyTill's standard wording.
Troubleshooting
A pickup site isn't showing. On the share's page, under Pickup sites, tick Members see it for that site and click ✓.
A site shows but nobody can pick it. The site has no price for that share. Save the site's row on the share's page; leave the price blank to charge your normal price.
The wrong pickup day shows for a site. Pickup times belong to the site, not the share. Change When on that site's row.
Someone says they joined, but I can't find them. They haven't opened the sign-in email yet. Ask them to check their spam folder, then look under Needs attention.
My old link stopped working. The address was changed. Copy the new one from Your member page and send it out again.
